Zoho training & support

Help your team
use Zoho
with confidence.

Practical training, administrator handover and ongoing support built around the way your team works.

After the system is set up

Go-live is a milestone.
Daily use is
what matters.

Your team needs more than access. They need to know how the system fits their work.

The training covered features, not the job.

People recognise the screens but still hesitate when a real task or exception arrives.

One person holds all the answers.

Routine questions and small changes depend on the colleague who remembers how everything was set up.

Workarounds become the routine.

As the team changes, old habits return. Questions and recurring issues need a clear place to go.

Who we train

Different roles.
Different things to master.

Illustrative training focus areas. We agree the sessions around your applications, processes and users.

Practise the work you actually do.

Start with a familiar task and work through it in the agreed Zoho setup, including the common exceptions.

What we cover

From the first login
to ongoing improvement.

Onboarding

Give new users a clear starting point.

Plan the first tasks, access checks and essential guidance so new joiners can begin with the team’s agreed way of working.

Role-based training

Teach the tasks each role owns.

Shape practice around users, managers and administrators rather than taking everyone through every feature.

Administrator enablement

Leave someone able to own the setup.

Walk through routine maintenance, configuration notes and the boundaries of changes your internal team can manage.

Ongoing optimisation

Turn recurring friction into improvements.

Review repeated questions and workarounds. Agree whether the next step is clearer guidance, a process adjustment or a scoped system change.

How we work

Explain it.
Then let the team try it.

  1. 01

    Understand

Identify the users, their day-to-day tasks and where confidence or consistency is missing.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Agree the scenarios, practice environment and material needed for each role.

  3. 03

    Practise

Work through the tasks, let users try them and address the questions that come up.

  4. 04

    Follow through

Capture unresolved points, agree ownership and plan the support or improvements needed next.

Support after launch

A question is not
always a change request.

Give each request the right next step, with scope and responsibility clear from the start.

Help with using the system.

Clarify the intended process and guide the user through the relevant task.

Investigate something unexpected.

Capture the steps, affected records and expected behaviour so the issue can be assessed and routed appropriately.

Plan an improvement.

Review the new requirement, assess its impact and agree the work before changing the system.

Before we talk

A few practical
questions.

Can you train us on an existing Zoho setup?

Yes. We first review the relevant workflows and configuration so the sessions reflect how your team is expected to work. Any issues that need fixing can be scoped separately.

Can users, managers and administrators have different sessions?

Yes. We agree the tasks and responsibilities for each group, then focus the training accordingly. Some shared process guidance may still be useful across roles.

Can this include new joiners after launch?

Onboarding can be included in the agreed engagement. We define the audience, scope and reusable guidance so it is clear what future sessions will cover.

What does post-launch support include?

We agree the supported applications, contact route, availability and scope before the engagement starts. User questions, technical investigation and enhancement requests are different types of work and may need different arrangements.

Are system changes included in support?

That depends on the agreed scope. We distinguish a how-to question or an issue investigation from a new requirement, and confirm any additional work before proceeding.

Do you provide training materials?

We agree the useful handover material during scoping, such as task guides, administrator notes or a record of open questions. The format and depth should match the people who will use it.
